Adult Fitness Classes

 Our group fitness classes offer a friendly atmosphere with a personalized approach to exercise. Classes are taught by certified instructors who excel in motivating and educating their clients.  We offer many multi-level classes that will challenge the “fit” member and encourage the “novice” exerciser. Along with variety, we offer a positive and motivating group fitness class atmosphere.

Group Fitness is available for all members who want to move with a group and get amazing results. Choose a group fitness class that best reflects your fitness goals based on, cardio, strength and/or mind and body.

Tips for overall success in a group fit class – if a class is new for you expect to go through a short period of awkwardness as you are learning the movements, students, and teacher. This is a normal learning curve. Perfection is not expected of you as a student. Let us help you grow in your process. Give yourself 4-5 classes before deciding if a class is right for you. Our instructors want you to succeed, so please let us know if you are new. You may want to arrive early to your class so you can get to know the instructor before you begin. Reminder all classes are 55mins long unless otherwise noted on the schedule.

24/7 Group classes available per schedule.
Staffed Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri – 8am-6pm, Saturday – 8:30am - 2pm
Members have 24/7 access to the fitness center via door code.

B3 Studio Class Descriptions

B3 Barre

An intensive body – shaping fitness method founded on the technique of dance, the mind body aspect of yoga and the precision and core integration of Pilates. Barre produces lengthening and chiseling results fast using small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Great for both beginners and veterans to the barre. We promise you will be challenged and calmly energized after this total body workout. Come shake with us! B3 Barre classes are taught by certified BarreAmped and Pow{h}er Method instructors.

Barre Cardio uses the foundation of B3 Barre combined with cardio intervals to rev up your metabolism and burn fat. This is a fast paced, cardio- style barre that is sure to get your heart rate up and make you sweat! All cardio and barre exercises can be modified to fit different fitness levels.

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body with an emphasis on strengthening the mid-section. Mat-based classes are taught using floor mats and using a small amount of equipment. PILATES is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, oblique’s, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on.

B3 Pilates

Our Pow{h}er Method classes are designed to shape, tone, and elongate your muscles, while delivering messages of empowerment. These classes are extremely form focused and combine rotational, linear, isometric, range of motion with compound movement. The structure of the Pow{h}er Method takes a thoughtful approach at building deep muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance and alignment to women’s bodies. All fitness levels welcome.   

B3 Barre / Tap n' Pow(h)er

This muscle sculpting class utilizes different equipment such as bands, light hand weights, sliders, and exercise balls to deliver a circuit- style full body workout. Your workout will vary each week to keep your muscles guessing, all fitness levels welcome.

B3 Total Body Barre Sculpt

An addictive athletic dance cardio workout that unites world beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the world from old school hip hop to Bollywood with an intense cardio workout that makes you sweat, tones your body, and leaves you begging for more.

B3 U-Jam Fitness Cardio

This 30 minute express class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. In addition, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact Interval workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

B3 Yogates

A powerful, energetic form of YOGA where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements, creating internal heat to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the body. This fun yoga flow experience deepens your mind/body connection through a challenging physical practice and deep mindful breathing. You will feel a calm presence of mind that can be utilized on the off the mat.

B3 Yoga Flow

Latin inspired dance class that is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, cardio dance fitness party. Join our instructors as they put their own spin on dance fitness.

B3 Zumba Dance Cardio

The Jungle Class Descriptions

This 45minute High Intensity Interval Training is a quick explosive way to burn fat. HIIT is also known as conventional form cardio vascular exercise with a better and more efficient outcome for every workout lover or bodybuilder.


Movement through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of motion. This class is designed for the health and wellness needs of the individual that isn’t ready or does not desire explosive workouts.

Rise Up

This class is packed full of a variety of different strength training exercises using weights, barbells, bands, resistance balls and even your own body weight. This class provides a workout that will strengthen all your major muscles groups.

Wake UP Bootcamp

This 45minute class will use a specialized stationary bike while you spin your way through hill climbs, sprints and other heart racing challenges. Standard class is 45 minutes in length and Spin Express will be 30 minutes.


Water Exercise Class Description

Improve your flexibility and range of motion while reducing the pain of arthritis through gentle cardio and strength training exercises. Individuals recovering from an injury will also benefit from this supportive water class.

Warm Water Arthritis Exercise

Water Circuit

A strength and cardio interval class, designed for those who have limited mobility. Modified to appropriately challenge each individual at a moderate intensity level and is taught in the warm water.

A class that has a low impact on your joints, while having a high impact on your cardiovascular system. You may wear a flotation belt for support in the deep water, or rely on your own ability to float as you perform deep water aerobic routines.

Deep Water

The performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water, such as in a swimming pool. Performed primarily vertically and without swimming. Takes place in waist deep or deeper water and is a type of resistance training.
