Group Fitness Schedule

Are you ready to commit to be fit? Be sure to reserve your class spot now! Check out the new fitness schedule starting August 2016.

B3 Classes are held in the Barre studio to the left at the back of the fitness room. These classes represent themes of mindfulness and empowerment in the Mind/Body connection and three focus points that are:

Believe ... "She Believed She could .... So She Did."
Begin ... "Just where you are is the place to begin."  
Become ... "Leave who you were... Love who you are... Look forward to who you will Become."

"The Jungle" classes are in the HIIT studio to the left of the Barre room and emphasize more High Intensity classes, with the goals of helping you to overcome obstacles, finding strength you didn't know you had, and building your core muscles to stand strong in the midst of adversity.
