Swim classes & lessons
Policies & Procedures

  1. All classes begin and end on time. If possible, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. This allows plenty of time for your child to change and use the bathroom before class.
  2. All participants must check in at the front desk on the first day of class.
  3. All registration fees and waivers must be completed and turned in order for the child to participate in class.
  4. Non-potty trained children must wear a swim diaper and plastic pants covering the diaper.
  5. Children should wear a well-fitted bathing suit and bring a towel to each class.
  6. A parent or caregiver must remain on the premises during lessons. Day pass participants and Members may utilize the facility Non-member Participants/non-day pass may wait in the designated Parent’s Waiting area outside the Pool Area. Parents must refrain from attempting to “instruct” on swim lessons during class time. The Instructor will give the parents updates after each class/sessions on the participants’ progress.
  7. Make-up lessons are ONLY offered in the event of an instructor’s absence, inclement either or unplanned pool closure.
  8. There must be a minimum of 3 participants in order for a class to “make”. In the event that a particular class does not make the director will attempt to reschedule to your second or third choice.
  9. No refunds will be given after the first day of class, however, in the event of an extenuating circumstance, the director, at his or her discretion, may allow enrollment in a different session.
