Youth Athletic Training

Every Tuesday starting August 8th, 2017 • 3:30pm-4:45pm • Ages 13–18*

Prepare yourself for the next level mentally and physically in the sport you love. Lead by our fitness and athletics coordinator and USA Track and Field Coach, Thalas Steele! Thalas's training is designed to improve athleticism and mental toughness. He uses this training method for track and field, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, basketball, baseball, football, swimming, ice skating, and tennis to name a few.

What do I wear?

Wear practice attire, running shoes, shorts, note book and pen, water, light snack, and an extra set of dry clothes.

*Exceptions to age requirement can be made on a case by case basis, depending on the skill level of the athlete.  Decision to make any exceptions are left up to Thalas Steele and are not negotiable as this program requires a certain skill set
