Youth Athletic Training

Prepare yourself for the next level mentally and physically in the sport you love. Lead by our fitness and athletics coordinator and USA Track and Field Coach, Thalas Steele! Thalas's training is designed to improve athleticism and mental toughness. He uses this training method for track and field, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, basketball, baseball, football, swimming, ice skating, and tennis to name a few. Classes are $10 for members $15 for non-members every Tuesday starting August 8th (ages 13–18)
